When I placed my order, I asked for it to be delivered to a relay point so that I wouldn't be absent (the babysitter doesn't take packages), but the UPS driver came to my house, no doubt, but he didn't ring the intercom and I found the package squashed in my mailbox the next morning.

I'm very pleased with the banana bag I bought for my daughter so that she can put her mask in it when she eats. She's delighted with it too.
Very fast delivery and the products met my expectations.

I'm complaining about the follow-up, which I wasn't informed about since the gift certificate was delivered directly to the person's home.

Disappointed because I thought it was a product made in France, including manufacturing. But there's only the design. That's partly why I ordered it :/

my son loves this brand, especially the pacifiers, it's impossible to give him another one... I order 4 or 5 now to make sure I always have extra ^^

Normally I'm delighted (although I'm disappointed to see a company from Nantes with labels "made in China"), but I received a Spéculos spiral, a brand new product, which literally reeks of mold! Impossible to give this to my son. I've contacted the brand in 3 different ways, but so far there's been no response.
I think and hope that the problem will be solved :)

Choice, fair prices, adorable and original items, I love it. I received the parcel quickly and for the modest sum of 0.20ct€, there's a pretty gift bag with the card and the note addressed to the parents. Top top top!

Very satisfied with the order, my second on this site. Customer service is top notch: my first order was validated 2 times by mistake, they called me right away to check if it was intentional or not before I even noticed!
