Hi, we wanted to make a delivery but the person was not on site, we warned a little late because we did not know .... so impossible to cancel. We would have thought of a notice of passage anyway or the flowers at the door a neighbor could have taken them .... but nothing at all really pity .... so disappointed 41e lost
Hello and thank you for the great service. Despite the fact that there was no obligation to deliver at a specific time, you respected my wish to deliver before 10:00 am, because my assistant was attending her last one, due to retirement. This delivery was therefore very important. Bravo and thank you for your professionalism.

Hello, Order received as expected. But disappointed because the peonies were red while my order "peony dreams" was: "A delicate and refined composition in a mixture of pink and white which marries peonies and roses". Photo to support if you want the bouquet sent. It's a shame.
