Communication and speed in exceptional delivery

I ordered a battery for my Giant bike (ENTOUR E+1 LDS YAL 300W NX7 U M GR) to replace the original battery (EnergyPack300 244M36300R-01V). Everything works very well. However, as mentioned in a previous comment: the small downside concerns the compatibility of the charge indicator whose high light blinks constantly limiting the knowledge of the charge level. Given the price difference with a non-generic battery, I am willing to accept this, and I am therefore very satisfied with my purchase! Customer service is top-notch and very responsive.

The battery works as specified, delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the track & trace is only available when the package arrives in the destination country, so for the first two days you are left wondering if it will be okay. But it will be okay 🙂

It was supposed to arrive on January 7 but I received it on the 12th. The courier postponed it to the next day three times, the third time even writing that there was no one for the delivery, but since it is a hotel with a 24/7 reception, it is impossible.. anyway it arrived and everything is fine.
