I give it 4, I could have given it 3, because there were quite a few issues. At first, I received 2 different opinions (one saying to have it repaired and the other that it wasn't worth it, whereas it is definitely worth it if you buy a battery afterwards since the diagnostic fee is deducted). Then the diagnosis of my battery came back with no other comment than faulty circuit. Then I wanted to order a battery but had to follow up, and the battery was not at the right price because there was ultimately a 20 EUR offer to buy back the old one. Finally, I received my new battery without a charger, and Doctibike also did not send back my old charger. This was done quickly after following up. In short, it seemed to me that there was good will but not enough professionalism.
