Ordered a battery, 1 month later while the money has been cashed I am told that the battery is no longer manufactured... they offer me another model that is a bit cheaper and a refund of the difference.. 3 weeks to refund this difference and so back to 2 months of waiting for the battery.. No apology, no commercial gesture and the customer service even tells me that I should have called them before ordering!! A shame!!

Following my various observations, the technician concluded that he had made an error and that my battery had lost 50% of its autonomy, which is entirely different from the report stating: charge and discharge voltage: 0 and that the battery pack was out of service!.......................

Battery sent for diagnosis after taking in water (I had expressed doubts about the integrity of the BMS before sending). A few days later, I was informed that the BMS is dead but they are not replacing it. Why accept the battery? Almost 100 euros easily gained for them. Then there was the intervention of customer service with whom I was able to communicate to understand what had happened in order to find a solution and avoid any future problems. The 5 stars are for them because this is indeed the first time a dispute has been resolved so well with such courtesy and a concern for improvement. Thank you.
