Then follow up to ensure my order is taken into account and follow up for it to be delivered ... and get help from the bike seller to adapt the battery (integrate a wire into the bike that acts as an adapter! so-so but the interlocutors are pleasant nonetheless

Since I was not French, communication was sometimes difficult and filling out the forms was challenging for me. Nevertheless, everything worked perfectly.
