Battery sent for diagnosis after taking in water (I had expressed doubts about the integrity of the BMS before sending). A few days later, I was informed that the BMS is dead but they are not replacing it. Why accept the battery? Almost 100 euros easily gained for them. Then there was the intervention of customer service with whom I was able to communicate to understand what had happened in order to find a solution and avoid any future problems. The 5 stars are for them because this is indeed the first time a dispute has been resolved so well with such courtesy and a concern for improvement. Thank you.

I am satisfied even though I am going to return my VAE FIT battery charger because I made a mistake; it's not easy to identify the tip in your photos, which is where my error came from! However, a 50 euro penalty is too much!
