I was a bit upset at first because I only received one of the two masks I ordered, but after contacting the company the next morning, they phoned me and immediately sent me the missing mask. I suggest that the products sent are well protected, because the deliverers are not careful and the second mask arrived in a parcel that was partly crushed and the box containing the mask was damaged. The product lives up to my expectations, but the instructions, which advise you to wait until the mask has warmed up before using it, seem to me to be wrong, as the device cools immediately once it has not been powered. I think that for effective use, it should be worn while it is warming up, what do you think?
