Entire satisfaction with the products ordered from the Tour d'Argent Grocery of high quality, careful packaging, reasonable delivery time; but issue with the time of the colissimo expected five hours confined to the house.
My husband had ordered products for me that I received in a nice box. This time, I bought products with 2 meals for my cousin's birthday and there was no box... That's a shame!

Somewhat mixed overall experience. I placed 2 orders as part of the spring wine event by phone because the purchase through the website was not working. First disappointment, the coveted bottles were no longer available. However, I found happiness in the list of wines offered. The first order went perfectly. I have not yet tasted the bottles but that will not take long. Unfortunately, the second order did not go as planned. Delivery method not respected. I have not yet retrieved my bottles which have been in a post office for a week (not ideal as a storage place for a sensitive product like wine that has a certain number of years). I hope this hiccup will not impact the quality of the tasting. The staff, whether by phone or in-store, were very professional.

On October 5th my wife and I celebrated the magnificence of Tour d'Argent in a marvelous dinner and their exceptional hospitality. A short time ago we received a notice of the sale of the wonderful towels offered by Epicerie and we purchased two as a memory of our marvelous evening. The towels are beautiful, made with the same skill and care that creates the grand cuisine prepared in the kitchen of La Tour d'Argent. The fabric has a great "Hand" and the towels will be a forever reminder of our evening at La Tour d'Argent. Thank you very much.
