The bungee cord ordered was faulty. The item was returned, but apparently nobody was there to receive it, on 2 occasions! It is currently awaiting collection at the Post Office ... (!!!)

All correct, although the transport was a little slow.

I had a problem with the first package I sent, but as soon as I mentioned it, they sent me another one and the response was very quick.

The order arrived quickly and without problems apart from the good price, but I have to take away one star because the spearfishing jackets are small and when I went to buy a size more there were no more, so I was left without a jacket.

Delivery problem with the carrier very bad opinion on the DPD carrier I had to go 5 times to get my package when the carrier said it was delivered to the relay point chosen by me

I bought a 5mm equipment and the truth is very good, but the glasses have a lot of silicone layer and there is no way to remove it, they could make it easier.

Great store, great brand, great top products. Maybe the size change not being free makes me not to buy suits or fins because the fear of being wrong can be quite expensive. Other stores have cheaper shipping.
