Received on time but very disappointed with the return policy. I use the racket once, I immediately see that it does not suit me and I discover that I have to pay for the return and that I should not have removed the plastic around the handle. In short, no possibility of return regarding a racket.

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
Hello,
This is indeed an important rule to note.
If we refuse to take back a racket that has been unpacked and tested, it is so that the next customer does not have the unpleasant surprise of receiving a used racket. We want every product sold to be impeccable.
Sportingly, The Esprit Padel Shop team

The preparation of the package is quick. The delivery, however, is longer (Due to the fact that I am located opposite the warehouse and by the delivery drivers) A multitude of items to find happiness, I recommend!!!
