My order had 2 items with shipping costs that I had optimized since it is a fixed amount. Ethnilink deleted one of the 2 items and refunded me and sent my order with only one item without asking me. I thus paid exorbitant shipping costs for a single item. If I had had a choice I would have cancelled my order before it was shipped. I will not order from this site again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and will be more vigilant. We thought, wrongly, that you would prefer to have one product rather than none. Customer satisfaction is our priority and it is unfortunate that we were rated so harshly on one shipment. After checking your order, we see that you received a discount and that the shipping cost was 3 euros. The real shipping cost is 8 euros for the weight of your product. We have taken the difference at our charge.
