I placed an order.i paid!then they call me to inform me that 3 products are missing from my parcel.and that the rest of my order will be delivered to me almost 1 week later!so for me they could have put directly on the site that the products are out of stock.that's the problem!

I ordered the Probel Cocktail Crochet Wick 8". Apart from the fact that they are good quality strands however I think there was a deception on my order. Indeed, I ordered the color 2 Natural and T2/30 Tie & Dye Châtain Pointe Châtain Clair but, I think I was sent the color 1 because it is very very black. I can distinguish between the black colors 1, 1B and 2 and it is clear that the color collected is not the number 2 even if on the package, it says number 2.

Indeed, synthetic hair is darker than natural hair and from one model to another the color n°2 is not exactly the same. At Probel the 1b and the 2 are almost similar and black. Don't hesitate to ask us for the pictures of the colors if you have any doubt.
