Tokens do not match the photo of the quote and refuse to take my complaint into account and offer me a 10% discount while I was asking for the reprinting of the tokens because the print is illegible
Before starting the production of my order, it would have been helpful to inform me that the design requested in the quote was not feasible. Instead of paying for nothing in the end. You are losing customers because as a member of my student office, I will not recommend you for the following years.
Customer service is terrible
I put a QR code in the design, due to the poor quality of the print it could not be read.
Total failure to meet the deadline. Chaotic delivery of a product different from the order. Very poor communication.

The attachments of the bracelets are a problem!!
I placed an order and I am disappointed with the quality of the keychains received... The result is not like the photo, it barely looks like fabric, as soon as you slightly bend the keychain, it keeps its shape and gets a crease... I don't think they will last long.... And unknowingly, they put a border on the creation that was not desired.

Non-compliant order
I am not satisfied at all.. at minute 1 I wanted to modify the order and I couldn't... no one answered me or gave me an option... they charged me and that's it
I received an order with the completely wrong bracelet color. My first order arrived with the correct bracelet color, but my second order with the same design and colors placed few months later arrived with 600 bracelets of a completely wrong color. I asked to reprint them with the correct color or send me a refund as I had an event to launch my company, but the customer support of europaband replied that is not their fault because in the comment section I did not specify the pantone. I replied that at the time of the creation of the wristband on the website, when I have to select the colour it asks me for a HEX code, not a pantone. You should be asking directly for the Pantone during the creation of the design, and not putting a note saying that is recommended to write it down in the comments. No additional replies from Europaband. I will not order again from this company, and will not recommend it to my network.

You did not select a white color for the text, you left the original blue color which explains your disappointment but we can not be held responsible.
I ordered 200 bracelets. I even paid for the revision of the order, and I pointed out on 2 occasions that the color of the phrase on the bracelet was black. They sent it wrong, with the color blue. I would not repeat.
Not what I expected
Alas, last year we were delighted, but this year everything went wrong. It can happen, but ... this time it was rude: I was delivered a file that didn't correspond to the proof, and after a complaint I was told that they were basing themselves on what was written on the invoice (look for the mistake, it seems to me that the proof is authentic). To compensate, I'm offered a 50% refund, which is better than nothing, even if it's still 50% too much for products that are already in my garbage can, or awaiting mystery delivery! It's a shame, even though the prices are excellent and some people (Monique) go out of their way to offer a personalized service.
The wristbands were of very poor quality, the ink was all smudged and they also did not answer the complaint.
Fast delivery, the cords are top notch but the plastic sleeves arrived all folded and unusable. Mail sent on receipt with photos but no return.
It wasn't my name on the order form but my association's email address, not easy to negotiate with the delivery company.

Before placing an order, I was assured that it would arrive in time for the event. As it turns out, they arrived 4 days after the event. Not only that, but the bracelets were not what I ordered. On top of that, I receive no response from customer service even though I call and write to them. Disappointed.
I paid for an express delivery service (calling ahead and making sure it was so I was paying almost double for the order) and it arrived when I no longer needed it 5 days after the agreed day. They have not solved anything (I ask for compensation for the difference of the extra cost).
The order arrived wrinkled, the print is of VERY BAD QUALITY, you can see all the print pattern in the ink. I am very dissatisfied.
I received the parcel three days after my service and had to collect it from the GLS carrier.
