Where are my paid products?
Very bad experience. I paid for the BAT option, but it was automatically validated without being asked. In addition, I have been waiting more than 10 days to be contacted to find a solution that has my contact details.

Late delivery
Delivery was made on time, but not without difficulty... Several calls and reminders were necessary to get to the point... quantity errors in the quotations, late replies or no reply at all on deadlines. I'm not sure we'll be buying bracelets and tokens from you again in two years' time.
We have not received our parcel. We are used to ordering from you and have always received our parcels. We don't understand what happened this time.
Hello, Very disappointed with the after-sales service following a spelling error on their part, my proof was correctly done. No offer of a refund was made, except for a 30% discount on a future order. I did not accept this offer, knowing that the error did not come from my proof. I requested a full refund, which was refused. Sincerely

Hello bracelets ordered for a restocking completely different colors
The delivery arrived 15 days late and at the wrong address. We did not receive them in time for the event.
Parcel never arrived, no news since.
1 month delivery for a chosen service, 1 to 3 days for delivery. Since the matter was brought to the attention of customer service, there has been no response from them.

We placed an order for 250 fabric bracelets with Express Delivery D+4 on June 8th. The order only arrived on June 22, 10 days late, and we had no way of tracking it. We had chosen Express delivery to receive them as soon as possible and were very disappointed by the delay. We wrote to customer service on June 30 to ask for a commercial gesture, given the difference in price between the bracelets in classic delivery (0.64€/unit for 250 pieces) and those in express delivery (1.00€/unit for 250 pieces). Unfortunately, we never received a reply. The bracelets were beautiful and of excellent quality, but the customer and order follow-up left a lot to be desired.

Time not respected, items missing on delivery
I ordered bracelets 3 weeks before an event I'm organizing, I never received my order and I still haven't been reimbursed, unheard of even if it's related to delivery (which is supposed to take 24h at 10€), they haven't been able to solve any problem with their partner.
The order did not arrive on the date mentioned, we had to make a new purchase, double cost.
The workshop "forgot" our order

I decided to order from europaband because of the quality of the products and the fast delivery the site offered. After 10 days and no news, I contacted the brand on the site, then by e-mail, then by telephone. I asked if it was possible to cancel the order, since the bracelets would arrive after my event. It's not possible. Production hasn't started, but it's impossible to cancel. Incomprehensible. In the end, I didn't receive my bracelets in 10 or even 14 days, but 3 weeks later! I lost more than 300€ and gained 400 bracelets which are of no use to me.
Bracelet not in conformity with the visuals sent, ink smudges on the back, cut-outs in the middle of the visuals! for an express order I'm disappointed, the normal order is of better quality! it's a shame!
Delayed delivery - we were afraid right up to the last moment that we wouldn't receive the bracelets we ordered for the Féria d'Arles. Without these bracelets we wouldn't have been able to work properly. So average average even if the result is satisfactory.
