Delayed delivery - we were afraid right up to the last moment that we wouldn't receive the bracelets we ordered for the Féria d'Arles. Without these bracelets we wouldn't have been able to work properly. So average average even if the result is satisfactory.
Not bad bracelets, we will have to try them and see the result. Non-compliance: * * Before any printing, we will send you by email a mock-up of your order with your file ** Text according to your website. where is that email? you never sent it. I wrote you an email with a photo of my previous bracelets to see how the two logos were placed, email without reply. in short. You have sent the bracelets with only one logo without attending to the customer's requests.
They do not answer emails. They don't have a contact phone number. They have a chat that is always offline. I cancelled the order and despite that they sent it and it has been lost. I have asked them for a refund of what I paid and they act crazy.
My order arrived incomplete ... 1000 bracelets paid for and still 120 missing ...
Order placed on January 12 but still not received!
Delivery 70 kms from my home.
Not satisfied at all, 3 weeks to receive them only to be unable to use them because they were received after the event.
Why?
I work in events and they are the worst quality fabric wristbands I know of. The service is non-existent they do not answer emails or calls. Don't waste your money and don't jeopardize the quality of your event.
Non-respect of the proof - customer service telling me it doesn't matter (we all know how important logo colors are on event bracelets!). Impossible to get a correct production or a refund. 200euros in express delivery lost... I don't recommend it!
The bracelets I received containing a QR code are not usable because the QR code is too small. The graphics department didn't tell me.
Order received 2 weeks later, without any information from customer service. Choker received not as requested. Color not respected.
Home delivery not made on time
As a regular Europaband customer, I am extremely disappointed with my latest order. The instructions were not followed, despite Guillaume's confirmation that they had been taken into account. No sign of life for 48 hours, no answer on the phone... Where is the customer service? In short, only order from europaband if your deadlines are far away. Otherwise, go to your local printer!
We are very disappointed, we had ordered 150 bracelets, 20 of which we can't use super badly printed, 2 of which have no writing at all
My order that was paid with delivery was not delivered. So I lost my order and my money! I don't use it yet.

Unfortunately, the book bracelets with the press studs to close them were very difficult to fasten :(. Delivery times were also extremely long. In short, not satisfied.

Over a month to receive the order with a shipment supposed to arrive on Friday by Saturday at the latest, received on the Monday after our event. Deadlines are not respected and order tracking is not serious.
30 bracelets were missing

I asked for a quote on the design of my bracelet I was told that this would only be possible if the order was validated Result: I don't have any design and my order is validated, and I receive something that doesn't suit me visually.

The font size is wrong. They don't ask you anything, I wanted them numbered and they put 001 in all of them...
We printed the file you sent with the order without changing the design chosen by you. We are not allowed to change the file sent by customers.We do not number our wristbands, but your request came once the order had been sent. It arrived several days late and was of no use to me. I did not get my money back, and they were not responsible for the delay.
Unfortunately, we can not control the smooth running of each delivery, nor can we manage each delivery person but we are trying to correct this problem by using another carrier. We apologize for the inconvenience. Best regards

They made a mistake in the color of the bands, after contacting them and recognizing their mistake, the solution they gave me was a small discount for the next order. When I told them that I was not satisfied with the solution they gave me, they stopped answering.
Supplier to be avoided! The bracelets ordered in 96h express were delivered after 2 weeks and arrived after the date of the event (my wedding). I literally had to pester non-existent customer service for 2 months to get my order refunded.
Unprofessional! Would not recommend! No consideration for the customer. To be avoided! I placed my order 13 days in advance to be sure to receive everything for my event. Unfortunately, it still wasn't ready on D-1. And according to their after-sales service, I should have ordered even earlier... when the selling point on the site is rapid delivery (3/5 days max...) and the customer is blamed, it's a real lack of consideration. I have requested a refund since my event has passed. Ah, if someone had offered to pick up my order in Orleans in the middle of the week when I'm working in Paris. A bit complicated to imagine, especially when you're paying full price... So avoid it!

I contacted the customer service to have confirmation of the processing time of my future order I had confirmation of the ability to meet the deadlines announced, I paid a supplement in order to have the delivery before 13h. I received the delivery 5 days late.... Thanks to the so-called fast processing guaranteed in 24h... I sent an email to customer service to inform them... Never got a reply.
Out of time 10 days after the event - Difficulty with commercial gesture and file follow-up - I would not recommend to neighbouring associations.

My first order was cancelled without refund. My second order arrived after the deadline.
I was not informed of the delivery at the relay point and then, after contacting europaband, when I wanted to collect my parcel, the relay did not think they had it... contact europaband again, return to the relay to finally discover bracelets that are not what we expected. Disappointed.
