Order placed on October 20, expected for the 28th. They attempted delivery on October 31, but I wasn't home. No notice or alternative delivery date. Contacted europe-incontinence to cancel the order and still no response.

With this return, we can file a complaint with the manufacturer and send you a non-defective product. Unfortunately, this label needs to be printed to be attached to the package. If you do not have a printer, you might ask a neighbor or a friend, or even go directly to a printing shop or a Mondial Relay point that might print the label for you. I ordered the same product that I had ordered in August because I found it satisfactory in terms of absorbency (4 drops). The products received this month (4 packages of 4 drops), unfortunately, are quite different from the previous ones because they do not absorb anything and do not have sufficient adherence to the leg. A real disappointment.
