Nothing to say regarding our orders with Europe incontinences, just for this last order there were very big delivery problems, our package was stuck at Chronopost Rombas (Metz) and we had to call every day because every day the delivery was delayed by 24 hours! Very disappointed with their service. We had to buy protections for my mother at the pharmacy and the price is not the same..... We hope that this will not happen again for the next order!?

Products are compliant but it took 8 days between the order and delivery, which is long. I had to buy some at the pharmacy for an emergency, even though it was indicated that products were available and deliverable within 24 hours.........far from reality and I am questioning a new order.
