How is it that I place orders of significant amounts and I don't even have the right to a welcome discount or an offer on the orders made? I'm not talking about the 10 or 12 packages purchased that entitle me to a 10% discount. Not even the shipping costs are waived when there is an offer for discreet package shipping =1€90.
