After several orders, still satisfied, items easy to find on the site, interesting prices and delivery with DPD, no problem, on the morning of delivery I receive a text message specifying a time slot. It's perfect. Thank you

I ordered the same product that I had ordered in August because I found it satisfactory in terms of absorbency (4 drops). The products received this month (4 packages of 4 drops), unfortunately, are quite different from the previous ones because they do not absorb anything and do not have sufficient adherence to the leg. A real disappointment.

Response from Europe Incontinence
The products you received are the same as those ordered in August, there should be no changes as the manufacturer has not renewed the range in the meantime. What do you mean by "different"? Could you send us an email at [email protected] so we can investigate your issue?

It is true that Mondial Relay experienced delays in certain deliveries due to changes in their agencies in Belgium and France. These delays are gradually reducing.

Almost 10 days for delivery. The contents were identifiable on the outer packaging despite having requested discreet packaging

Response from Europe Incontinence
We apologize for this delay due to Mondial Relay and this oversight in discreet packaging. It is true that Mondial Relay experienced delays in certain deliveries due to changes in their agencies in Belgium and France. These delays are gradually reducing. As for the discreet packaging, this is potentially an error from our teams that should not have occurred. I invite you to contact our customer service by email at [email protected] for a free discreet packaging on your next order.
