Evedeco is a dynamic and responsive company that I warmly recommend.
Did not see the delivery person. I was present, package dropped off in my garage.
The initial coli was not sent to the right place, on a simple email I reported this error and after a week of waiting, I was contacted and my order was honored. Very good service
Still waiting for the 3rd sample requested some time ago.
Excellent quality products at attractive prices. On the other hand, the logistics do not follow: - the carrier indicated on the automatic acknowledgement of receipt, during the online purchase, is not the right one (DPD and not Colissimo): problem of configuration of the tool "Orders" of the merchant site. - the tracking number of the parcel is neither on the automatic acknowledgement of receipt generated by Evedeco, nor on the order in the customer account on the Evedeco website. It took me a long time to get it, and to contact the carrier myself. - The carrier had not even informed me that he could not deliver the package because he found the door closed - but I had indicated my phone number on the order. The carrier, once contacted, told me that my phone number had never been given to him by the seller and that this was the reason why I was not contacted when the delivery proved impossible. - The carrier does not offer delivery in a relay point, which is a source of additional complications. On the positive side, Evedeco very kindly and quickly contacted the wholesaler from whom the package had left. However, there are obviously systemic problems to be solved at the logistical level, either at the seller's, or at the carrier's, or both.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Some products that are not in stock are shipped directly from our supplier to ensure fast delivery. We are working with them to improve the shipping because we know that it is our image that is affected when it is not satisfactory and we sometimes have difficulty to be heard.

The photo does not allow to appreciate the reality of the fabric pattern. The sample received seems far from the photo.
The delivery was very fast, but I was very disappointed: the colours of the fabrics received are very pale compared to your photos (which are perhaps too "photoshopped". It's a shame. It doesn't fit.
Sorry that it does not suit you, we try that our photos stick as well as possible to the reality of the fabric but some times the materials do not allow us an optimal rendering and the various settings of the computer screens do not facilitate the task 😉
We are working to improve this and that's why we have set up a sample service.

Delivery time not respected. After a call from us, answer: computer problem. Obviously, the computer is always at fault when there is a malfunction somewhere!
