Thank you for your order. The monthly magnetic board has been thought to correspond to the greatest number. Indeed, some customers do not want to write on it with a chalk marker but only to magnetize and decorate. That's why we opted for the magnetic notes that replace the eternal post it that we lose every other time and that we throw away. The price of the board is I think fair considering the accessories provided with it and its longevity in time because it can be used every year without limit in time.

For the chalk marker, you can use the one that is on our site or the chalk markers from Uni or Posca. To clean, use a soft, slightly damp cloth!

Thank you for your feedback. The strength of the magnets behind the travel magnets is sometimes too weak for the weight or size of the magnet, causing the magnets to slip. Ferflex® magnetic boards are made to support all types of magnets.

Be careful, the slates are not very magnetized, impossible to hold the pen with its support. And when you put magnets, they just hold but it is not magnetic enough to hold a postcard for example. The site should indicate more clearly that the slates only work on a magnetic support (well, I imagine afterwards that this is the intended use). And the slate arrives rolled up, so when you unfold it, it's not completely flat but very slightly wavy. A little disappointed with my purchase.

I just left you a voice message to understand the use you want to make of this magnetic slate. These slates are made to be magnetized on a metal support such as magnetic board, magnetic wallpaper, fridge ... you can then magnetize all types of magnets.

Concerning the fact that the slate arrives rolled, after several tests it seems to us that it is the best way to protect the product during transport. Normally, when you magnetize the slate on a metal support (magnetic board and wallpaper, fridge) it lays flat and takes its initial shape without undulation because it is covered with a magnet on its entire surface and is therefore stretched on the metal support.

Shipping is great, delivery is fast. I had sent an email just after validating my order because I had omitted to enter a promotional code present on the site...no answer. As for the product: easy to put in place, very nice color. But disappointment on the level of magnetism. I was hoping to be able to hold small plants in a pot ... but I think it will not be possible. Mixed opinion then.

I am delighted to read that the installation was easy and that you like the greyish green color of your rectangle magnetic board. Concerning the magnetism of your magnetic board, since it is covered with the green magnetic part, this alters its magnetic power a little even if you can display all types of magnets. If you put a magnet directly on the black part you will see that it holds very well. Concerning your small plants in pots, it can hold but it all depends on the strength of the magnet on the back of the pot. It is important to note that it is the strength of the magnet that will determine the weight of the object that you can hang on your magnetic board.
The pots hold well on the blackboard, it is possible that the green part of the pot will slip if the magnet is not strong enough.

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your order. I find it strange that you had to put glue on the back of your magnetic board. Is the surface on which you glued Ferflex® smooth and clean? Is the paint more than 6 months old?
It can happen that our supports have difficulty sticking on recent paints because of the solvents that are released during the first months and that prevent our adhesive from sticking optimally.

Could you send us pictures of: your wall, the adhesive on the back of the painting to [email protected]?

I am sorry to hear that the magnets sold with them do not suit you and that you find them weak. However, we have very good feedback from our customers and resellers regarding these magnets. These magnetic geometric shapes are great for playing with, creating shapes but are not particularly suitable for magnetizing sheets of paper, these cards... The magnet in this case can indeed be a little weak depending on the thickness of what you want to display.

Can you tell me what worked the product? Does your child use chalk on their magnetic board? If so, we don't recommend writing with chalk as it can scratch/mar the product but instead we recommend using a liquid chalk marker.

I had already tested the product with satisfaction on another occasion, but unfortunately the cut of my repositionable wallpaper is not clean, and the roll had a fold that did not go away during the gluing. Nice product but very disappointed with the quality...I ordered a dinausaur, but my 3 year old son tried to take it off the wall while playing and tore it up with incredible simplicity....so I would say that it is not adapted to the little ones because it is not solid enough....I wanted to order some for all the children's clubs of my company (hotel and residence clubs all over France) but I think that in view of the sturdiness, it is not reasonable Very disappointed

We opted for the glueless repositionable but still had to add wallpaper paste to make it stick! And it was wrinkling on the bottom even though it was taped... However, we had a clean and dry wall and we know how to put up wallpaper so we are a little disappointed...
