I'm very disappointed considering the price. When I unrolled the stand, I noticed that it had marks and scratches. In short, the stand is damaged. What's more, I bought a white felt-tip pen to write on the stand. I tested it and when I erased it with a damp microfiber cloth (as instructed) it left a white mark even though I'd only just tested it... I wouldn't recommend buying this product.

I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed by the repositionability of the caramel rectangle magnetic board.
The glue's adhesion is much weaker than that of a permanent adhesive. But even though it's repositionable, the glue generates a minimum of tension that can loosen paint chips.
We clearly state in our FAQ and in our instructions that we cannot guarantee 100% adhesive application and removal. We are transparent on this subject.
In fact, various factors can come into play: paint (number of coats of paint, preparation before painting, peeling paint, etc.), humidity, drywall. In some cases, paint can flake off, as when you remove a piece of tape or Patafix that's been on a wall for months.

Secondly, I spoke to Alexia, to whom you offered a Terracotta rectangle magnetic board. The customer would like to return the colored coating and exchange it for a caramel coating that is more to her liking.
In our FAQ, it's clearly stated that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Concerning the return, I'll speak directly with Alexia.
Shipping is a real cost for brands. To give you an idea, shipping a magnetic board kit costs us an average of €12.

Are the wooden pots you have taken positioned on a strip of the board or one pot on each strip?
Before placing the wooden pots on the triptych magnetic board, it is advisable to wait 48 hours so that the adhesive on the back of the board sticks to the wall.

Package well received, well packed. The fixing of the magnetic board is ok, but it's a pity for the colored coating on top which lowers the magnetic power of the board and therefore nothing can be hung on it except a single sheet of paper per magnet and not even with a heavy weight. I had to remove the coating I had bought to avoid having a blackboard in order to have the desired use of the board in my kitchen. It's a shame... So I'm disappointed 😢 even if the board is great...
