The application could be better developed: here, whatever the chosen theme, the "games" are all a series of exercises always in the same order and in which there's no real interaction. Making a "board" game in which the types of effort would be proposed randomly and in the form of moving a character who might have to jump or move to escape obstacles, for example, would be more fun and give less of an impression of being in the process of re-educating one's perineum.
