A clear description and fast delivery are much appreciated. However, the explanations on how to get started, and in particular how to connect the probe to the smartphone, are still too brief. After 2 days of exercise, I'm satisfied with my purchase....to see how effective it is in a few weeks.

Nothing to criticize except perhaps an explanation of how to open the box the first time, as I first tried to pull on the 2 parts of the box before attempting to "unscrew".

Very intuitive and pleasant application in terms of the exercises to use. However, the probe is a little wide for me, given the problems I have, so it's a little difficult to use at first.

Fun discovery: having games to strengthen your perineum is good, it makes you want to do it, it's a constraint.

I had a problem with my probe which was still under warranty, after contacting customer service who responded very quickly to my request, I sent my probe back for repair, and it was very quick. If you have a problem, don't hesitate, the team is top notch!

Well presented product ( elegant packaging 🙂 ) Easy to use, with a simple apple store application. The probe is well designed and makes self-education much easier. I'm completely satisfied with this purchase. Every woman throughout her life, and not just in the post-natal period, can benefit from reeducating her perineum.

Fantastic service: the order was prepared on the day of ordering, delivery took 2 days. Superb after-sales service too.
