I bought a rug and a trampoline cover for our Gîtes (Gîtes Grand Pré and the Roulotte de Roquecor in the South-West of France) and I sincerely thank the whole team for their efficiency and the quality of the products. Someone even called me to make sure of the number of springs, to avoid an easy mistake to make when ordering. Highly appreciated. Thank you.

We are absolutely thrilled with this trampoline. The assembly was manageable thanks to the understandable instructions (best done with two people). The trampoline gives an extremely stable and safe impression. Nothing wobbles, the poles are well padded, and the safety net is tear-resistant. The jumping feeling is fantastic, the springs provide a great and even bounce without being too loud. Our children don't want to get off anymore, and it also offers stable space for adults. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. Five stars!

Despite having given the correct dimensions of my trampoline which came from trampoline expert, the dimensions of the new net are not 100% compatible.
Translated reviews
Response from France Trampoline
Hello Philippe,
Thank you for your feedback.
To date, unless there is an error, we have not been contacted regarding a compatibility issue with the received net.
The product sheet for this net does not mention specific compatibility with the brand of your trampoline. Indeed, two trampolines of similar diameter can have design differences, particularly in terms of the number of poles, their positioning, or the net attachment system.
We remain available to assist you: do not hesitate to send us some photos of your trampoline, the installed net, as well as a precise description of the problem encountered. This way, we can verify the situation and advise you accordingly.
For any compatibility questions before ordering, our team is available to help you choose the appropriate parts.
Best regards,
The France Trampoline team
