Trampoline meets my expectations. Delivery time respected. Problem of deformation on 3 springs after 3 months of use. Customer service was very responsive and quickly sent me a replacement under warranty. Very serious company.

Perfect phone reception, very attentive. There is just a difference between what your customer service says about delivery and what the delivery service says. You = possibility of delivery in the morning or afternoon. Delivery service = impossible to say either morning or afternoon, only during the day. Everything ended well anyway.

Delivered on time. Package in good condition delivered to home. Could improve on the assembly instructions. Some difficulties related to the text and drawings. But the result is correct and in the end no problem. Maybe consider a cover for the mat for long exposure to the sun. Overall satisfied.

Order compliant. Delivery date error quickly corrected and at no extra cost. One drawback: the spring protection pad is poorly secured on the outside and tends to slide inward, thus exposing the top of the springs. Replacing it is tedious but essential for safety.
