The seller forgot to ask me if I had the necessary tool for changing the mat, which made us lose a week between the order shipped at our expense urgently within 48 hours, the desperate installation attempts for 2 days, and the tool that took 5 more days. Otherwise, the welcome was very friendly. The tool is essential!

Generally, for spare parts, people call us with a complete list of all their parts to be replaced directly. For a jumping mat, we can change this item, the springs, the clamp, and many other items as well. Unfortunately, we do not necessarily go through all our items with each client due to lack of time.
