Could you add a few more small details in the instruction manual, other than that nothing to report, the product is excellent.

The problem is in the transport as my package arrived open in 2 places and the hoops could easily come out as they slipped between each other.

Response from France Trampoline
Hello Sir, Thank you for your feedback. When making a purchase, we inform our customers that the delivery time is generally between 2 and 5 working days after the package has been handed over to the carrier. Normally, once the package is taken in charge, the carrier contacts you by email and SMS to provide you with the tracking number of your order. Additionally, when it is ready to deliver your package, they will contact you to set a delivery date. We sincerely apologize if this did not go as planned. We still hope that the net will meet your expectations. If you need anything, do not hesitate to contact us. We remain at your disposal for any further information. Have a nice day, Best regards. The France Trampoline team.

It's a shame that the requested product did not appear to be in stock. I had to contact the site to modify my order. Good product without defects and of quality. Lacks the instructions, found on YouTube.
