easy to order and fast delivery however we had taken the small trampoline as a free option and instead we received the football net. We contacted trampoline France to inform them of the error and they told us that there was no more small trampoline but that they would call us back. It's been 10 days and still nothing. Too bad the product is great but the customer service is not great

Very helpful sales service. The commercial information is precise. The delivery person was very kind for a delivery made on a Saturday morning as an exception. This trampoline completely meets our wishes and our order. The reviews to choose the trampoline that suits each family are relevant. Very fast and accurate delivery. Only small downside, the paper instructions are not entirely clear for some parts of the assembly. We are very satisfied. And we are happy to buy French!
