Very good customer service. Person available and attentive. Delivery time very reasonable. Small downside: stock sometimes out of sync with reality. Overall very good service, I would recommend the brand for the service and the quality of the product.

Solid material, easy to assemble, meets our expectations. We even received a mini trampoline as a gift because there was a one-week delay for the supply. Very good quality/price ratio. This is not the gadgets found in commercial areas. Even in the entry-level (oxygen), the product is very well finished. The height of the net is optimum and very secure. The mat and springs allow for nice jumps and the impact remains relatively soft.

We received the trampoline in a very short time, assembly quite easy except for the ladder where the diagram is incomprehensible. OTHERWISE PERFECT, THE KIDS LOVE IT.

Very good for the material, but I regret that there was a problem with the delivery date: The deadline was not met even though a date was agreed upon twice and not honored. There seems to be a discrepancy between the information from the sales department and the delivery person... But the last call was effective. Thank you anyway!

Very good product of excellent quality, but our package arrived damaged (underneath the pallet so not easy to check) with missing parts! Very good responsiveness from your services to address this inconvenience. But why not secure the packages with a film or something else?

quality product at a reasonable price, the kids are super happy and don't leave the jumping surface!!!! The only downside: the delivery, scheduled for 5 working days and received 3 weeks later (fault of the carrier and incompatibility of their schedules ...)

Good quality material, original design, the instructions are easy to follow, except for one point: you have to be careful when assembling the top of the net to pass the black bands outside the posts before inserting the fiberglass into the posts. The only downside I see is that there is nothing to hold the plastic protection covering the posts in place, it slips.

Excellent quality product, very well built!! Clear installation manual. The kids are thrilled with their new toy. Regarding France trampoline, I had a screw shorter than the others for assembling the protective net, an email to customer service and 4 days later a set of 12 new screws arrived at home without spending a single cent. BRAVO I already recommend this site to my friends wishing to buy a trampoline for their children.... Very well-constructed site highlighting the strengths of each trampoline, fast shipping, very good quality product, efficient customer service: France trampoline is an excellent purchase site for your trampoline.

Delivery ok. Good product, requires two people for assembly. Very clear explanations. On the safety side, nothing to complain about, it's solid, you can feel it from the assembly through the hardness of the elements. The kids have been jumping on it for several days and they are delighted.

Quick response to questions asked, perfect welcome delivery in 3 days, trampoline super easy to assemble (except for the protective net because the instructions are not clear enough in my opinion) and the trampoline itself is amazing!!!! I wouldn't choose another company for anything in the world.
