Acquisition of a Jump'Up 250 trampoline. Received by carrier within 5 calendar days, so very very fast. Assembly is quite simple as long as you follow the instructions well. Unanimous satisfaction from users. Point to improve: ladder instructions, perhaps specify more the order of assembly of the rungs, the bottom one first before the top one.

Hello, Thank you for your comment. Having several ranges of round trampolines and several accessories adapting to several ranges, we unfortunately cannot change the names of the products. Generally, the accessories have the displayed diameter of the trampoline right next to it. Ex: Trampoline Hop 360, Oxygen 360, JumpUp 360 or Booster = a cover 360. We received the trampoline on Friday morning and assembled it without any difficulty that same evening. Very good quality of the material. Both parents and children are delighted! We spent a lot of time on the Internet before choosing France-trampoline. We do not regret our choice and are very satisfied with the trampoline. In 2 hours everything was assembled and ready for use. The instruction manual is clear and effective. The assembly is very logical and simple. The parts are easily identifiable, easily assembled, and seem to be of good quality. Time will tell if the quality is up to par.

What are we evaluating? The trampoline, the France-Trampoline website, the delivery, or this questionnaire? So for the trampoline: Excellent, it's sturdy, the fiberglass ring reinforces the trampoline and holds the net well. The France-Trampoline site: Excellent, only one remark: The Jump'up model has a fiberglass ring, but this is not marked in the technical description. The delay and delivery: Excellent, The satisfaction questionnaire: Unsatisfactory.
