The delivery of the trampoline was quick after the order. On the site, the descriptions help to choose even if you don't know this kind of products. The assembly went well overall (we used the video tutorials). The kids are delighted!

The dome seems solid, my son appreciated his birthday gift. However, we ordered the dome + hammock pack. Hammock that we could not install because I was surprised to read on the new one that it requires carabiners.... which were not provided!!! I will have to go spend at Decathlon for the carabiners, so I am disappointed not to have installed the hammock with the rest of the surprise

Packaging was poor. Screws, nuts, etc. were loose in the box. The box was damaged during transport, causing washers and a screw to be lost.

Trampoline bought 10 years ago. Net changed for the 2nd time and error in the order seen by you because the net ordered was smaller than the previous one. This means that the order was not prepared 'correctly' but taking into account my previous orders and after checking the consistency of my order
