4 stars because customer service is top-notch (order modification requests perfectly taken into account), delivery times are respected, and food is already packed in individual bags for each day of the event (4-day ultratrail pack). So why not 5 stars? Because the trail is only 3 weeks away, so I don't yet have an opinion on the quality of the products themselves, but I'm not worried!
