Order arrived promptly. Good seller at a very fair price
Speed and ease of use
The parcel was supposed to be delivered (as usual) to the pickup point 2 minutes' walk from my house, but it was delivered to the next town, forcing me to take the car. I was faced with a fait accompli (it was mentioned that the initial relay was not available, but on the parcel it says that the change was at my request, which is not the case).
Fast, well packed (thanks to the person who prepared my order), quality products. All in all, a serious business.
Excellent selection and customer service! One item was no longer in stock for my order and someone immediately contacted me by phone to replace it with a more expensive item at no extra charge! I'm taking off one star for just one reason: despite an order of nearly 300, shipping isn't even offered... What a shame!

Coconut circumnavigated the globe in the 2018 Golden Globe Race in 330 days. During this extensive voyage I really enjoyed Lypophilise wet meals (sterilised in bags). There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, the food was really tasty and it was like it had been cooked at home. As a result of this success, I have doubled my order of Lyophilise wet meals for the 2022 Golden Globe Race. I also really enjoyed their energy bars.
The chosen courier may work very well in France, but in Spain it is the worst...

My last order of almost exclusively CONVAR "Emergency food" products arrived very damaged. Every other box is crushed. - the outer packaging is impeccable: sturdy cardboard without a single dent. - your inner packaging is neat: plenty of bubble wrap. In my opinion, the problem lies in the fragility of the box itself: the sheet metal is far too thin... It seems that the boxes were damaged during transport. Best regards olivier Weyer
