Thank you for your feedback. Orders placed after 2 p.m. are processed within 48 hours. This is called order preparation time. An order placed on Monday evening will therefore be prepared by Wednesday at the latest. Your parcel left our premises on Wednesday, which means it left on time. Add to this the 48-hour delivery time for Colissimo, and your parcel was available on Friday 🙂 For faster delivery, don't hesitate to opt for Chrono delivery, or contact us if you need to.
