Very fast delivery, very effective "customer service" response (a product was missing and was sent back to me in a timely manner!). The contents of the Top pack meet my needs. I will return to it.

My order arrived much later than the estimated delivery date by which point I'd had to buy a similar product elsewhere. However the product has now arrived and is good value.
Bought in July 2025, I received an old model from 2022 that does not exactly have the same characteristics as the current model. It does not have the Thermacapture aluminum lining, which was specified in the description on Lyophilized.fr). I reported this to customer service who never responded to me. This is not serious at all! There is deception regarding the merchandise.
After verification with our supplier, it turns out that the ThermaCapture™ technology has indeed been removed from the Vesper range since 2019, and is therefore no longer integrated into the models produced since that date, including the one you received, manufactured in 2022.
The information mentioning this technology on our product sheet was therefore incorrect, and we will correct it immediately to avoid any future confusion. The manufacturer Therm-a-Rest has also been informed to update its own official supports.
We completely understand your disappointment, especially if this feature influenced your purchasing decision. In this context, and in accordance with regulations, you are of course entitled to a withdrawal right within 14 days following the receipt of your order. If you wish to return the product, we will proceed with a full refund upon receipt and verification of the quilt.

Meals that remain above what you can find elsewhere. However, the taste quality of some dishes still needs improvement (e.g.: shepherd's pie).
Everything quick and fine.
I used the large hiking pack for a week for a 6-day trek of 104km and 5730m of elevation gain. I was fully satisfied with the freeze-dried meals for taste and quantity. At no point did I feel the need to supplement this pack with other food. What I liked the most: the chili con carne! absolutely divine. What I liked the least: the outdoor breakfast Apple cinnamon oat porridge. Small advice: to save space and weight I repackaged each dish in vacuum bags noting the necessary water quantity and the energy value... Everything fit in the front pocket of my backpack..

These are very good products but the prices are high....
Items received in good condition. There was a delay with sending out my order, but the owners were quick to respond to queries - understandably, they were dealing with an influx of orders at the time. Not tried the products yet.
