Hello, we are resellers and not manufacturers, and to be totally transparent, we have also been surprised by the increase in some of our suppliers' prices, both for purchases and resales. Sometimes we don't defer price increases when it's bearable for us. That being said, this year, for most of the increases, we were unable to maintain the 2021 rates and applied the sales rates recommended by our suppliers. There are a number of reasons for this rise in supplier prices: rising raw material costs (or even shortages in some cases), Brexit for UK brands with customs duties that didn't exist before, rising energy costs, the use of more manpower to cope with seasonal peaks, and investment in factories. Second order on the site, always top! Although the colissimo tracking was missed by the post office... In the end, the parcel was delivered to the relay point on time. After 1 call to find out where things stood, a person answered without waiting. Very understanding person, who gave me answers within 10 minutes of our telephone conversation. Parcel in good condition, clean packaging, with stuffing to prevent deterioration. Perfect user experience

All products are noted as being in stock. No news for a week, only to receive a message saying that one of the products was out of stock and asking if I'd agree to an exchange. In short, not very responsive customer service overall, but if you're not in a hurry, it's OK.
