Ordered more than 7 days ago, did not receive order confirmation, on the site the order is still in preparation For 12 small packages to send it seems much too long. With no news tomorrow, I'm cancelling the order and ordering elsewhere.

Thank you for your opinion. Regarding the shipping cost, you have paid 6,95 for a delivery to a pick up point in Spain, not 14. You can check this information on your invoice that was in your package. We are looking for other solutions to lower the price, however for the moment this is the best price we can propose.
