As my order was already ready to go, I contacted the box by phone to add an item which in the meantime had come back into stock, asking that it be added to my parcel without having to pay postage again. The self-heating system works well although it can be a bit dangerous if you do it wrong, as it heats up all at once and you can burn yourself. The taste of the food will depend on taste. The Fusilli al Pesto one tastes pretty bad and is very runny. The Bolognese one has a decent flavor, although nothing to do with the real thing, of course. It is what it is for.
A complete and quality catalog. The customer service was a bit slow. 24 hours between my consultation and the response meant that the order did not arrive in time for an outing where we were going to test the products. Tested some of them in the office, the quality is excellent.
The meals are good, convenient to keep and reheat and fast delivery
