I like the personalized packaging, the fact that you're helping cool youtube channels like Suzanne's L'Instant Vagabond and that you're selling good gear at a good price in addition to meals. What's more, you ship quickly. I have absolutely nothing negative to return, sorry, of all the sellers you are the most human and friendly I know.

The jerky (turkey and beef) was very good and makes a nice snack. The dried apples were also very good. The freeze-dried meals are generally good, some more than others, but that depends on individual tastes.
Good packaging, good taste, easy preparation and good calculation of kcalories needed for outdoor outings.

Fast preparation and dispatch!
I'm a mountain leader and I'm pretty demanding when it comes to the food I offer my clients. Following an injury this year, I had to review the weight of my backpacks and turned to freeze-dried food (even if I had difficulty and a few prejudices...). After several bivouacs lasting several days in the mountains, my customers and I unanimously agree. The products offered by "lyophilisé & Co" are EXCELLENT! A highly professional company that guarantees both quality and delivery performance! Nothing but the best ... I'll be repeating my class a lot!

The choice of products and customer service is top notch. I would have liked an e-mail to warn me of the waiting time due to lack of stock. I had to ask them myself why after 3 weeks my order had still not been dispatched. they explained to me that there was a restocking problem with their supplier and offered to send me my order partially, or to wait or to be reimbursed for the missing item. it was great, i would have given them 5/5 if they had contacted me earlier to let me know 🙂
