Everything quick and fine.

I used the large hiking pack for a week for a 6-day trek of 104km and 5730m of elevation gain. I was fully satisfied with the freeze-dried meals for taste and quantity. At no point did I feel the need to supplement this pack with other food. What I liked the most: the chili con carne! absolutely divine. What I liked the least: the outdoor breakfast Apple cinnamon oat porridge. Small advice: to save space and weight I repackaged each dish in vacuum bags noting the necessary water quantity and the energy value... Everything fit in the front pocket of my backpack..

These are very good products but the prices are high....

Items received in good condition. There was a delay with sending out my order, but the owners were quick to respond to queries - understandably, they were dealing with an influx of orders at the time. Not tried the products yet.

The purchasing process was very good. The only problem is that some food is designed for the water to cook the product, and in high altitude that is more complicated because the water boils at a lower temperature.

Very satisfied. Unfortunately, I had to return the package because DPD lost it when I needed it but the customer service was very understanding and very quick for the refund. I had to buy the varieties in a physical store to compensate. The difference between the physical store and their site is enormous! I advise buying from them but avoid DPD.

The only downside was the transport company SEUR that left my package at a point pack while I was at home waiting for the order and without my consent. Other than that, I have no complaints, everything was perfect.
