My order was processed very quickly. The freeze-dried products from the Voyager brand are good. However, the desserts are a bit too sweet.
Delivery was perfect, as usual.
Very few choices, reasonable prices. The quality of the products depends on the brands and individual tastes, so I don't have a specific opinion other than that I find what I need.
Very satisfied with the whole team. Very good product and very responsive to needs. Just with everything I order, I would have liked to have more significant commercial gestures.

Hello, I am delighted with the logistics deployed to ensure delivery with many products. However, I advise future customers to wait for promotions. My order being significant, I consulted customer service who after several email and phone exchanges granted me an exceptional declared discount. Surprise on the site a few days later, a promotion with a higher discount was announced for a threshold amount 5 times lower than my order amount. Despite my follow-up, no further negotiation was possible. This shows a bit of commercial flexibility Bernard
