Fast, accurate delivery
Lyophilisé & co, I take my hat off to them. A very responsive team. A well-stocked catalog and very attractive prices if you place a "group" order of your requirements (-15% from 300). Packages sent and received quickly (2 days after ordering). For my first order, I'm not disappointed to have dealt with Lyophilisé & co. Although I was a little disappointed that I didn't receive any goodies (as promised), I did receive a 2L platypus pouch as a gift.
This is the first time I've ordered from this site, so it's always a bit stressful. I placed my order on Wednesday at 12:00 and an hour later my order had already been dispatched (no other company does this better apart from Amazon and Bol who are the references in this field). On Friday my parcel was delivered (in Belgium). One word: efficiency (don't change a thing!). Thank you very much, you have a new customer. Concerning the merchandise, I ordered Convar-7 cookies. The goods were very well packaged. The product seems to be airtight and has a very long expiry date (for me between 10 and 18 years). However, I can't comment on the taste or quality of the product as it was put in my emergency bag.
