Consequence 1: order placed twice Consequence 2: process to cancel one of the two Consequence 3: delivery of the goods 30 minutes from my home in a very difficult to find location. Only positive aspect: attitude of the sales service person (Julie) who tried to resolve my problem but without success regarding the delivery location of the goods. From a business management perspective, it is necessary to examine the circuits or risk alienating the clientele....
