I still haven't received my entire order!!! I'm missing 12 large blue bottles!!!
The rosé is as always very good, but unfortunately the order did not arrive at my place and I had to pick it up 20km away in a shopping center! Since I am very limited on time because we are in peak season, that was absolutely not good. Additionally, there is someone at the reception from 07:00 to 22:00 at the delivery address! Maybe it will work better next time.

Significant delay compared to the announced deadline, several times canceled and still not resolved! -Absence of presentation while the recipients were waiting at their home. Moreover, no possible delivery to 'La Poste' in case of absence, and especially no DPD pickup point nearby. The recipients had to go to Lunel! The package was still not there! They have to go back there while they live in Aimargues! And have an art gallery in L'Isle sur la Sorgue. Too bad! There are many villages. Fortunately, it's my family and they dared to inform me! Give your customers the choice of the delivery person! As far as I'm concerned, and thanks to you! this gift has only created problems.
I had ordered the 2021 vintage, but the 2022 vintage was delivered without prior inquiries.

If you order wine in wooden crates, the wine is delivered in cartons and the crates empty. It's up to the recipient to make the necessary arrangements, just like at Ikea.

The parcel was not dropped off at the selected relay point next to my home, so I had to take my car and drive 40km. Really inconvenient
Mixed opinion on delivery issues: instead of the next day at 1pm, I waited beyond the weekend. A shame. Concerning Gérard Bertrand himself, responsive and the product tested (late, so I had no use for it for several people), is good.
Order was dispatched quickly. The package arrived incompletely repackaged and the subsequent delivery could allegedly only be delivered after several attempts. Look for a parcel service (not DPD!) that matches the quality of your great wines.
Problem with the packaging and protection of the package (6 bottles in a wooden crate). Bottles not immobilized in the crate moved during transport to the point of breaking the stapled wooden lid, giving even more wobble and impact between bottles. A real shame.

Delivery of the precious parcel scheduled for the anniversary date but announced 3 days late and delivered by a remote relay point, even though the delivery was registered at home... The site is nice, but there's a problem during checkout when you want to see another product in the basket. It's cashed without me validating the second product.
