IT issue encountered during the order. Consequence 1: order placed twice Consequence 2: process to cancel one of the two Consequence 3: delivery of the goods 30 minutes from my home in a very difficult to find location. Only positive aspect: attitude of the sales service person (Julie) who tried to resolve my problem but without success regarding the delivery location of the goods. From a business management perspective, it is necessary to examine the circuits or risk alienating the clientele....

The website only works well with Chrome but has issues with Safari and Firefox. Browsing and ordering is a futile task in Safari, so I had to start over in Chrome. Requesting an invoice is also inconsistent. The invoice address differs depending on whether you view it in the confirmation email or on the website. I have multiple billing addresses and these were mixed up in the last orders. After contacting customer service, they did read my issues here but unfortunately did nothing about it.

Unfortunately my box came completely damaged. We were lucky the bottles were not shattered. The service was fast. That was the good part, but it was meant to be a present and we could not deliver with the box under those conditions. We still love your wine and we will order more, for sure, but wanted to pass the feedback, as I am aware that shipping its a third party and not your company. The site advertised free delivery on orders over 25 euros if I remember correctly. And I paid a fee because, according to the reply I received, the promotion was over.
Since you're asking my opinion: I had ordered 6 bottles of Domaine de l'Aigle Pinot Noir 2021. I was delivered a 2022! after I asked for it, I was told that I had been "sent the wrong vintage by mistake due to a change of vintage that was not communicated and we no longer have a 2021 vintage". I find it hard to believe that this was a mistake (the correct vintage was indicated on the order confirmation). Rather than presenting me with a fait accompli, the least they could have done would have been to warn me beforehand and to ask me to confirm my order! I should point out that the seller suggested that I return the bottles and get my money back, but what a complication! I preferred to keep the bottles.
Hello, The wooden crate was sent broken (the delivery box was in perfect condition). It's a miracle that the bottles didn't break in transit.
