Response to ponder: Great for the quality of the packages Much less favorable for the reliability of the delivery date. I placed the order because the date was scheduled for Friday the 19th with a risk of Monday the 22nd. On Friday I receive a text or email (I can't remember) to inform me of a delivery on Monday the 22nd then another (a few hours later) for a delivery on the 24th. At that date I was not available. And then, another text for a delivery on Monday the 22nd. Not simple 🙂

Hello, First of all I received the order with a wooden box that arrived broken. I sent an email to the customer service of Gérard Bertrand and to the delivery customer service who took my request into account. I received a new wooden box very quickly but not for the expected day which had already passed, but the commercial gesture was made.
