My order was picked up yesterday 06 September 2024, in this delivery failure your services are in no way responsible. The 2 parcels remained in backlog at Chronopost Arras (62000) then on 30/09 were transferred to Chronopost Seclin (59000) 3 km from my home, then transferred to the post office in Santes (59211) to be picked up yesterday Friday, September 06; However between all these dates, Zero information from Chronopost, I was wandered from service to service including with the zombie iA that is "Leonard". A GOLD "Pinocchio" for communication and the lack of feedback from Chronopost. I am extremely disappointed by this obscure and complicated episode from your service provider on such a basic delivery issue. Chronopost: 0 * Gérard Bertrand: 5 *.
