I really like this wine. But the delivery is painful. Boxes of 12 bottles left at the doorstep. I am 73 years old, I am a single woman, it's difficult for me. For this order, I had asked a man to come help me but unfortunately the order was delivered in 2 days. I had to manage for the second delivery.

Response to ponder: Great for the quality of the packages Much less favorable for the reliability of the delivery date. I placed the order because the date was scheduled for Friday the 19th with a risk of Monday the 22nd. On Friday I receive a text or email (I can't remember) to inform me of a delivery on Monday the 22nd then another (a few hours later) for a delivery on the 24th. At that date I was not available. And then, another text for a delivery on Monday the 22nd. Not simple :)

Hello, First of all I received the order with a wooden box that arrived broken. I sent an email to the customer service of Gérard Bertrand and to the delivery customer service who took my request into account. I received a new wooden box very quickly but not for the expected day which had already passed, but the commercial gesture was made.

Shipping was very fast with updates at each step. Purchasing GB wines online is easy. Unfortunately what I received was not what I ordered. I am out of the country for business for the next couple of months. It is not ideal, but what was sent is a wine I like anyway.
