The repair was carried out quickly, i'm sorry that the incident that caused it (unhooking of a panel) as soon as i started using my new umbrella, led to a problem requiring this repair. i hope i won't have any more problems.

I sent my broken umbrella in for repair (thanks to the lifetime warranty), and had it back in barely a week; H2O umbrellas were extremely fast!

I bought this umbrella at the end of last year as a gift for my daughter, and this is already the 2nd time I've had to send it in for repair! And each time it's cost me €20 (€12 to pay online for return shipping, and about €8 to the post office for postage). For the purchase price I paid, the quality isn't what it used to be, I'm disappointed!

After two entirely satisfactory purchases, I'm disappointed this time: my little folding umbrella only lasted six months before two of its ribs broke. I was told on the phone that this model is sensitive to strong winds... Admittedly, the repair was free and carried out quickly, but I spent a total of 27 euros on postage. The price of an umbrella made in Asia. I may choose H2O again, but...
